  • The first mail we have send out is one with the objective to increase our sales.
    But in the future we don't want to bore our customers with hard sale mail marketing.
    We want to connect with our audience by giving them information about hoof care and tell them more about hoof problems. 
    That way they will be more interested in our mails and more people will subscribe on our mails.

  • We want to send out a mail once a week. But always after 6 PM. That's when most people are home from their work and most people will check their mails in the evening. We want to mail to our customers on e thursday, that way they can still make an appointment and our farriers have time to adjust their schedules.

  • For our mails we want to target the horse owners. They are the ones that need a farrier for their horse. Of course in the future we want to send out mails to big stables with a lot of horses. That's a big opportunity for us.
